In this role, Lefebvre will lead KorTerra's product strategy and roadmap, focused on delivering capabilities that improve safety outcomes for utilities, municipalities, telecommunications, and the contractors who support them. Lefebvre comes to KorTerra with deep experience building products at the intersection of data and operations, delivering platforms that help teams make better decisions faster. Most recently VP of Product at Delaget, he oversaw product, engineering, and delivery teams before the company was acquired by PAR Technology. He remained through the transition, playing a key role in bringing the organization's first AI-focused product to market. Prior to Delaget, Lefebvre held a series of product and operational leadership roles at Sovos (formerly Convey Compliance), where his teams consistently delivered new products every 12 to 18 months, opening new markets and driving meaningful growth for the business. "KorTerra has a great team and culture, which really stood out as I got to know the organization," said Lefebvre. "Leading a product vision that enhances safety and reduces damage to critical infrastructure delivers tangible outcomes that matter deeply to customers, communities, and essential services.” Lefebvre's priorities include improving safety through data and risk intelligence signals, expanding the platform to support more ticket types and workflows, and building more proactive alerts and recommendations that keep users focused on damage prevention. "KorTerra is leveraging AI in meaningful, practical ways, which is creating a flywheel of innovation I've been really impressed with," he said. "We're able to deliver value to customers at a pace that wasn't previously possible, while keeping safety as a core pillar." Lefebvre's addition reflects KorTerra's continued investment in product and technology leadership as the company expands its platform and deepens its impact across the damage prevention industry. He joins a growing team committed to keeping safety at the center of every decision. --- ##### About KorTerra, Inc.
